Progress Update

I’ve been feeling somewhat sick this week and with work keeping me super busy and the crazy weather it’s been a struggle to keep active and find the motivation to work out and eat right. But the sacrifice is paying off. I’ve officially hit the 30 lbs lost mark. Still got a long way to go and I’m sure it’s just going to get harder but I’m in this for the long run.

Looking forward to continuing on this journey and seeing what the future holds.

    I must say I am a big girl and finding your blog kinda gave me a big kick in my back side. After My move I have decided to take a different approach to eating and stop dieting just change some bad habbits and think of what I am actually putting in my mouth. Having BMI 43 is not great and I am pretty bumped about it but, i never believed BMI 100%. Any way thank you for inspiration and keep going ! x

    1. Thanks Paulina! It’s hard to make sustainable changes but it’s worth it once you start seeing results. For me, changing my eating habits has been really important. I’ve tried strict diets before and always failed at them so this time around I decided to be a little more flexible. For the most part, I eat healthy but flavorful meals but I still like to have a treat from time to time. It’s like an 80% healthy and 20% not so healthy. Coupled with working out a few times a weeks it really has helped me control my cravings and kept me from binging like I would do when trying one of those restrictive diets in the past.
