Weight Loss Progress

On November 13, 2017 I began my journey to turn my life around to live a healthier life. I started this journey weighing just over 320 lbs and by June of 2018 I was down to 281 lbs. It wasn’t easy but I did it until I felt burned out and then I threw all of that hard work out the window. In October 2019 I was right back where I had been in 2017 and maybe a bit higher when I decided to once again take action. From around 330 lbs I was able to go down to around 240 lbs by the middle of 2021. Since then, I have again lost track of my health and by January 2023 was back up to ~270 lbs. I am disappointed with myself to say the least but I am ready to resume my healthier lifestyle. I’m tired of being tired, of complaining and not doing anything about it. This time around I will stick to it.  I know it won’t be easy given my past experiences with weight loss and I’m honestly a little scared since I tend to doubt myself but I am determined to make  a change and more importantly maintaining it for the rest of my life.

My plan is to track my weight loss until I reach a weight where I feel comfortable and healthy and then maintain and improve if possible. Excited to continue on this journey.
